Bad Roof....

Dumb. Connie does not like when I talk like that, but UGH! The previous owners who lived here for like 20 or 30 years replaced the ENTIRE roof on the house and garage... or so we thought.... Turns out they left a 12 foot section on the 3rd floor that we could not see..... Now we have to do it.... Tell my why someone would pay 20,000 dollars for a new roof but skip the last 700 space on the 3rd floor?? I say dumb. But Connie reminds me that they paid the 20k we are only paying the 700...... and as usual she is right...... ugh.....
